J ai moi même un chien, trois chats... Il font parti de la famille, ce sont des êtres a part entière. Ils ont leurs places chez nous. Oui ce sont mes petits chouchous... Je pensais avoir trouvé un, enfin des bons vétérinaires vu leur réputation... Et bien non, visiblement ils ne doivent pas traiter leurs clients de la même sorte, car je n ai vu aucune passion, aucune douceur, aucun amour a la vocation de vétérinaire. Mon chien a même failli mourir, ainsi que mon chat !!! Donc franchement fait arrêter vos commentaires à l eau de rose sur ce cabinet, dont les frais véto sont plus qu onéreux. Pour quel retour... On m a parlé d un vétérinaire, un cabinet voisin, franchement j y croyais plus, et bien pour ma part, je suis plus que contente, j ai enfin trouvé un cabinet professionnel, y a pas d heure pour les consultations, une urgence... Ils sont là !!! Vous déposez votre animal, ils en prennent soin, lui font tous les examens nécessaires, bref ils sont humains... Et contrairement à ce que vous pourriez penser, leurs honoraires ne sont pas aussi élevé que... Comme quoi, il existe encore des vétérinaires d exceptions Mais ce cabinet cité ici situé avenue de mars, en aucun cas n est compétent. Pour part si je dois leur donner une note, elle frise les zéros. Chacun son opinion

Monsieur Graulich est un vétérinaire hors pair qui se soucie réellement du bien être de nos petits amis poilus. Une personne de confiance, qui donnera son maximum et qu'il est toujours un plaisir de revoir tant le sourire, l'accueil et surtout la qualité de la prestation sont au rendez vous. Great quality and a financial bargain. We came to Brussels for a few days with the dog and needed to get a dewormer for the return journey. The staff were lovely and we got a travel examination, dewormer, and a rabies vaccine (a top up before the old one expires), all stamped onto our EU pet passport for £60! I expected to pay closer to £150 so was pleasantly surprised. The building is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, and the on-street parking was free (even though there were parking machines there).

She is a bit histeric when doctors start to manipulate with her so I was afraid that she does not have the treatment as yet another minus of our second home in Brussels. Dr. Graulich was recommended to me in Woluve parc where I asked people for recommendations. Well neither the recommendation nor the google reviews lie. He is an extremely nice person, accepted my sick puppy immediately despite being extrenely busy, had so much patience with her and never let me or her know that he would lose his patience and took his time despite being busy. He patiently replied all my questions and one can see that his patients are not just "numbers" for him. Already the first visit made me feel happy we found our future vet for when we are in Brussels and it helps me to feel more positive about the fact that we will get used to the life also here. After giving my dog (Bichon frise) Bravecto pill (3 months dose recommended in another vet clinic) it seems she got all sort of side effects .I was so lucky to get in touch with Dr Graulich yesterday outside of working hours....he took his time and has spent more than an hour examining her and trying to find out best treatment.I came with dog who was in obvious pain and got home with happy puppy who is back to her normal playing behaviour.Highly recommend this doctor and clinic.
